1.Order:

When the order has been placed successfully, an automatically e-mail will be sent to the customer for order confirmation. In order to be informed timely about delivery status of goods, please leave a real and effective e-mail address.

2.Delivery Time:

All orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time to receive your order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time
Please Note:
Most products need take 3-5 days to make, if it is a particularly complicated shoe, it will take more time.
It takes up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website
In some countries, packages may be delayed while they clear customs
Some items may have longer processing times depending on the volume of orders

3.Goods Certification:

When the courier staff deliver the ordered goods to your hands, please carefully check whether your packaging of ordered goods is complete, whether the sealing tape is unsealed.

4.Return Policy

–Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for shipping address if you want to send items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
–Please confirm the color, size and style when placing your order according to pictures we offer. After receiving our products, if you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. All costs (supplier’s shipping cost and buyer’s returning cost) associated with the return will be paid by the customer.
–As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.
–If you would like to exchange items for a different style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder or refund your payment, all costs (supplier’s shipping cost and buyer’s returning cost) associated with the return will be paid by the customer.

5.No return or exchange under these situations:

1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
